LegsCabaret was a Latina bar as mentioned by previous reviewers. Very little English spoken and 100% Cuban dancers.
No charge for parking. Outside lighting was so so.

Legs is a very interesting experience. Firstly, it's a dingy little place that can liven up quickly. Nothing to see inside or outside, though. Kinda dumpy.
