I've been to this place about...
I've been to this place about five times now, and I would rate each visit as a good experience. They were nothing like a Follies experience but good experiences in a calm, quiet, relaxing kind of way. The club is located along Route 611, and getting into and out of the parking lot can be a bit nerve-wracking. There are no nearby traffic lights or stop signs so cars sometimes build up a lot of speed driving by. I always worry that the guy behind me won't see me slowing down to turn in or that I'll get clobbered pulling out of the lot when I leave. The neighborhood is all well-kept businesses on the club's side of the highway and the old Naval Air Station on the opposite side, so no worries about personal safety outside. As others have said, this club has a neighborhood bar feel to it. It's not flashy or gaudy on the outside, and the main room inside is almost completely taken up by the large rectangular bar. The bar surrounds two modest sized stages with the stages separated by a two-foot gap and a large ring hanging over the gap. Some of the dancers will do tricks on the ring, and some are rather good at it. The lighting is somewhat dim but by no means dark. There are a number of overhead TVs around the room showing various sports channels. Music is eclectic strip club music. The same music you hear in other strip clubs but no focus on any one genre. I have been to the club on weekday afternoons and Sunday evenings and have never had to pay a cover. My drink of choice is Coke which costs $3. I've offered to buy girls drinks on several occasions, but all they've asked for is water which costs the same as my Coke. Several of the bartenders could make a living as dancers, and they're all personable and friendly. On all my visits their have been 10-12 other customers of all ages, maybe skewed slightly to 40 and 50-year olds. No party groups. I would rate the dancers as substantially above average as a group relative to most Pennsylvania strip clubs. Most would rate as 7-8 with a couple 5-6. Most are slender and small-breasted with a few with larger boobs. There are very few man-mades in evidence and no extra large boobs. In my visits I have not seen any girls carrying significant excess weight. All-in-all a rather pleasant experience for the eyes. The dancers do two-song sets, one song on each stage. Most wear their full outfits for the first song and get topless for the second. One dancer told me they sometimes get nude for the Friday afternoon rush hour, but I haven't seen it. After their sets the dancers do the Pennsylvania tip walk and then adjourn to the dressing room. Therein lies my biggest complaint with this club. Most dancers just stay in the dressing room and don't come out to interact with the customers. If you see an intriguing girl on stage you'd better express your interest during the tip walk or you may not see her again until her next stage appearance. When you do get them to spend time with you all the dancers I've met so far are quite friendly and not pushy for private dances. They will sit and talk for a while before bringing up the subject of private dances. Private dances are $20 each and are done in a separate room. Small couches line each side of the room. The two sides are separated by a shear curtain and the couches are separated by low partitions. The girls tell me there are cameras, but if so they not noticeable. The general rule is no touching of the girls' privates, top or bottom. Even so, I've had good dances with little air left between us. My CF at this club is Harley. She's about 5'4", slender, brunette, about 110 lbs. with nice B cups (IME). She always spends good conversation time with me and gives an excellent dance. On my latest visit I met another girl Violet, who has what I would consider an almost model-quality body. Unfortunately, Harley had cleaned out my wallet and I was in no position to see if Violet was anything more than a great body. In summary, I have found Double Visions to be an excellent place to spend a few hours and a few dollars. I recommend it.

Good Neighborhood type Club
I stopped in on a Tuesday night around 10:30. Place wasn't too busy, no cover and the bartenders were cordial and attentive. I quickly noticed there were a number of dancers on the floor, and all with what seemed to be regulars. I travel around the country for work so I know what to look for. Aside from the already mentioned attentiveness of the bar staff of two, I also noticed the clean well-kept feel of the place. Like other reviewers have said, dancers move from one stage within the bar rectangle to another. Absolutely no contact. I'm sure that's to comply with liquor license laws. The two drinks I had were strong by the way and well-priced by Philly area standards. The girls on duty were very attractive, especially for a Tuesday night. I would say 7-9 across the board. Even girls that are not a particular person's favorite were hot. For example, the one girl that was somewhat girthy (and not by much) made up for it by having an amazing set of breasts and some very cool tattoos. The svelte dancers were all tattoo free and had very tight bodies. What also impressed me is that all of the dancers I saw on rotation were natural: no enhanced breasts in sight, and aside from one girl all within the C cup range. The two details I want to report that affected my visit: 1. After about 15 minutes, I felt my iPhone vibrate. I was expecting an important email so I looked at it while turning slightly away from the bar so as not to disrespect the dancer. The bouncer approached me, grabbed my left shoulder and said there was a strict policy of keeping phones face down or beneath the bar. I apologized and said I didn't know about the policy. I placed my iPhone below the bar rail and tapped out a response and then the guy touched my right shoulder to remind me about the policy. Within seconds. A bit too aggressive. Perhaps they have a reason for it and have dealt with pervs in the past so I let it go. About 15 minutes later, the bouncer was in the vicinity again and I explained that as a person who had ran entertainment venues before there were three things that he could have done better: first, never touch a patron. You never know how they will react. Second, it's always "sir" or "Ma'am" when addressing patrons, and third, if there is a specific policy it has to be posted or said to patrons when entering. As there was no cover I walked right in and no one said anything about mobiles. Even in tight clubs the rules on cell phones have been greatly relaxed, unless there's some class less deuchebag taping video. They should have said something. However, when I called the bouncer on the three points he was great about it. He apologized without being weird and with absolutely no attitude. Complete professional, as he took time listen to my concerns. Bravo on that. Great job. 2. The dancers stick to their regulars. Bummer. I was the best dressed guy in the joint, and am pretty typical at 5'11, around 175 and very polite. I tipped every girl as they stepped off the second stage behind the bar, first three, then four, then five dollars but not one came to say hi. Even though I gave at least three a knowing look and asked a quick question or gave a compliment. They went back to their regulars or to the back. Too bad, because considering the location, the quality of the dancers was extraordinary: way better than places in Center City Philly. So, I walked in with 600 dollars and walked out with 540 because not one of the girls asked for a dance or came to chat me up. Now, I'm hispanic and half white, and I want to make absolutely clear that this club does not in any way discriminate. There were red heads, white americans, latinas and one of the most gorgeous african american american dancers I have ever seen. None of them came over. I'm sure the vibe is different on a weekend with a more mixed clientele of regulars and visitors. It was frustrating though, I really was keen on having a few dances with a spinner named Sasha but she did her three dances and despite my best efforts at hinting for dances went back to her regular. Who didn't even tip her. That's just rude. So, good luck on a school night. Great-looking, natural toned bodies for a Tuesday night. I imagine it must be pretty cool on a Friday or Saturday. I plan on going on an afternoon sometime this week. I'll follow up.

Double Visions Review
I know this review could come off sounding like a shill, but it's not -- it's just a report on a first-time visit to a low-mileage club where I had a surprisingly decent time. If you're looking for salacious content, read some of my past reviews of other clubs. lol I was at Double Visions on a Thursday night from 9:45 until about midnight. Parking was plentiful and free, and, to my surprise, there was no cover. Bottled water was $3.00. I would call this a medium-sized club, with a large rectangular bar taking up the majority of the space with two stages inside the bar (see photos on the club's website). There are a few tables at one end, but most of the seating is around the bar. The bartender was cute, friendly, and attentive, which was surprising because I think she was the only one tending bar. She was great. I would guess there might have been about 15 girls working, more or less. Most were white, but there were some AAs and one Asian that I saw. All were attractive, and I'm certain that any TUSCL reader could have found someone to his or her liking. The girls would dance one song on one stage, then move to the other stage for the second song, which by then was usually topless. The tip parade, which is done on the inside of the bar, is relentless, but it's done topless and they only ask for a dollar. (You have to reach across the bar to give your tip.) While on stage, some of the girls solicited tips in the form of rolled-up dollar bills, which guys lobbed from the bar trying to "make a basket' in the girl's held-out panty front. Unfortunately, that's as close as anyone got to seeing any pussy. Lap dances are $20, done in a separate – but not private – area. House rules on touching here are "no titty, no kitty, no crack," so you should know that going in. For each dance, you pay $20 to the guy at a desk in the lap dance area, and he gives the girl a ticket that she must be able to turn in later to redeem her cut of the $20. I did dances with a couple of girls, and they were great for what they were, though I usually prefer more serious contact. No complaints, though. They have a separate VIP area, which I did not visit, but I was told it's $90 for 15 minutes and $180 for a half hour. (What, no volume discount?) My understanding is that the house rules on touching apply everywhere in the club, but since I didn't visit the VIP, I can't verify that. Without a doubt, the highlight of my visit was getting to spend time with TUSCL contributor Tempest666. She is one of the nicest people I've ever met. I just love this girl. She's cute, smart, and funny, and is an excellent conversationalist. I only get to the Philly area once a year, and she really helped me out by giving me some great intel about the clubs in the area. I will also add that I did not regret getting a dance from her! All in all, a decent place unless you're looking for extras. Prices are reasonable, the girls are all pretty, they don't hound you for dances, and no one insisted I buy drinks – for me or for anyone else. Great vibe on a Thursday night.

I've now made two visits to this club and have had favorable experiences both times
I've now made two visits to this club and have had favorable experiences both times. The club is located on a very busy road about 3-4 miles north of the turnpike exit. I'd advise that you try to get there from the south so that you can make a right hand turn off the road into the parking lot. Avoid making a left hand turn across traffic if you can. Traffic is heavy and fast moving. The interior of the club reminds me more of a bar than a strip club, given the overall decor, TVs, etc. The double stage in the middle will quickly correct that impression though. The bar is rectangular with a double stage in the middle and two poles. There is a big steel hoop in the middle of all this, which the dancers will sometimes hang from and do stunts. I estimate about 20-25 stools around the bar and 3-4 high tables in the back, so 30 patrons would create rather crowded conditions. Lighting is moderate so you can see the dancers well. Music is not too loud by strip club standards. Both my visits were in the afternoon and there was no cover. Drinks (sodas for me) were just a couple bucks. Hand the barmaid a $20, get a fistful of ones back, give one to the barmaid and still have a fistful of ones. Dancers follow the Philadelphia tradition and do a tip walk around the inside of the bar after two topless stage dances and then tend to disappear into the back unless you're a regular patron. If you're not a regular and desire a dancer's company you'd better make it known to her during the tip walk. Dancer quality is generally above average, mostly 6-8's. It was somewhat better on my first visit (a Friday afternoon) than on my Sunday afternoon visit. Some dancers have a little extra meat on their bones than I prefer, but the place is by no means a cattle barn. Lap dances are $20 per and are done in a separate room. Couch type seats are separated by cubicles, so privacy is very limited. There is a bouncer at a desk by the entrance to the lap dance room, but he seems to stay in his seat and leave you alone. Boob touching is allowed but no touching any other privates. After the dances you pay the bouncer for the designated number of dances (accurately counted by my experience). He takes his cut and settles with the dancer and gives you a token for a free drink on your next visit. No mention was made to me of a VIP room although a previous review mentions one. On this last visit I connected with a mid-20's spinner named Harley. In my opinion she qualified as a strong 8 with long dark hair, slender build, few tattoos, nice face and a small A chest. (I like small boobs if she has a small body to go with it!) We had a good 15 minute conversation before broaching the subject of private dances. She gave me three dances which qualified as very nice within the rules of the club, and I gave her a well-deserved generous tip. Overall, this is a good club - clean, tolerable music, good-looking friendly girls, reasonable prices. If I lived in the area I would spend a lot of time there.

From a Dancer's Point of View
Let's start with an explanation of the ratings above. Physical Club Rating: This place is very clean and friendly as hell. It's not the most up to date places, but that's because it's more like the neighborhood cheers with topless girls. Dancer Quality Rating: A ton better than most clubs in the area with girls that aren't blitzed out of their mind on drugs or alcohol. And there's something for everyone. The all natural girls, the girls with huge fake tits. Tattooed girls. Blonde, brunette, etc. Whatever you want, you can find here, and guaranteed they're hot. Monetary Value Rating: Good sales on drinks depending on when you come out. Lap dances for 20 a song. And no girl bugging you for money every second you're in a chair. I started working there a while back, and I have to say that I've been thrilled beyond measure. They are very clean, polite, and no bullshit about the rules. If you're looking for drugs or a place where girls will give "extra's" THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. And that's one of the things I'm happiest with. They take care of their girls. So if' you're a girl looking for a good job where you aren't going to fall in with the absolutely wrong crowd come check us out. And for the men, if you're looking for friendly girls that can carry on an intelligent conversation and are hot as fuck, this is where you want to come. Long story short, it's a friendly clean place, with hot dancers, and awesome bartenders. I don't think I'll ever work at any other club.

Football Sunday at DV
I've been to Double Visions now a number of times and I keep coming back because it's such a relaxed low-pressure place. It's easy to find right on a large main highway, just a warning though, the speed on 611 is such that you may fly by it the first time. There's ample parking and it even looks nice and inviting from the outside. Inside it's kinda just one big large room with a bar ringing the stage taking up 90% of said room. There are 2 poles on stage and girls work one song on each. It's actually surprisingly well lit, normally these places are caves, not DV. There is smoking, but it never feels too smokey, I think the tall ceilings and good air management system do that. The girls here are pretty top notch, I've only rarely seen someone I wouldn't rate 6+. There are lots of 8s and 9s, with the occasional 10. The stage show can be pretty good with some excellent pole work and some girls using a hoop that hangs between the 2 poles. While the dollar parade is constant, it is super reasonable and affordable. After their dance each girl walk the interior of the bar and you tip her $1. That's $1 per every 2 songs or $1 every 8 mins. That could be less than $10 an hour! I tend to tip more than a dollar often as I feel I'm barely spending money. There is little to no pressure for dances, most visits none of the girls even mention them. If you want a dance you gotta speak up. Last time I went it was a Sunday and they had a couple of games on plus the red zone channel. It was just a good place to hang and watch football with some top notch beauties putting it over the top.
