Easy to find kn yhe north side of the road once you wxit the bypass and head out of town. It is sowna hill a bit. Arrived and saw lits of cars a good sign. Sitting out in front at a picnic table were several reasonably attractive girls smoking. Thought they might be atrippers nonsuch luck Entered the place to the left was a wood furnace not needed to the rear left a kitchen not really being used. To the rear the bar. There are 5 or 6 pool tables. People were playing on all of them. Went to the bar ordered a soft drink a few bucks including a tip. To the far right side of the bar was a atripper stage and to the side were what could have been vip booths. Turns out there were two dancers. One got on stage when i went to the stage area. I was the only one there. She was over 50 pushing 60. Blonde ok body for someone her age. She got topless and as i was at the top rail she came over and gave me a better lap dance than many women ar other clubs would do for $20 up. She said something about her grandson’s friends having been in earlier and that made her uncomfortable. The second dancer was a bit younger and i thinn the polite word is thick. She also have a real good dance at the trip rail. She mentioned having gained weight recently and that most went to her tits. They were rather large. There was also another middle aged woman who wanted to get stage side lap dances from her and when her time was up she remarked to me how hot the women here were. Not in my opinion. Waited around a bit and no more dancera appeared. Saw a woman selecting some more songs from the juke box that had a sign saying dancers only. She was in her 20s and genuinely good looking. Asked if she was going on stage next and She told me she was a waitress and she was playing some skngs while the two dancers took a break. So goes my review of the dirsy of 3 cljbs went to none of which get many reviews on here.

I went here on a Saturday evening at about 7:30PM. The website said they open at 5:00PM. When I walked in I couldn't even tell if the place was open, there were just two guys playing pool and one bartender who was doing bar prep type stuff. I sat down and got a beer, ended up having a really nice chat with the bartender named Michelle. She told me that they were going to have about 10 girls working that night and that the girls don't show up until 9:00PM. I hung out until the girls started showing up, and a few more people gradually started trickling in. I don't think they had girls on stage until after 9:00PM. I actually never ended up going to the stage, just hung out at the bar talking with the bartender and some of the girls at the bar and then got a few private dances. The bar was great--bartender was really friendly and funny, and drinks were cheap to fair priced by local standards (I think it was $3/beer, $5/shot). That's why I hung out at the bar most of the night. Once the girls started showing up things got a little bit more lively. A lot of them were bringing in carry-out food with them and sat down to eat their dinners at the bar in street clothes before starting work. The girls didn't hustle me very hard at all, which was nice. Of the 10ish girls there that I saw, there were only about three or four that really fit my taste, but they had a good variety. I would say the talent was about average for a small-town Iowa club. There weren't any total knockouts, but there were several that were serviceable. There were a couple that I wouldn't have taken a private from even if it was free, but they seemed to have plenty of guys there who were interested in them. Privates were $20/song, and I was permitted to touch about as much as I wanted. I got one private from a petite little blonde, then ended up getting three privates with a taller brunette. The owner and his wife showed up sometime around 9:00PM or so, and I have to say that they didn't contribute to the atmosphere. I saw and heard them criticize several of the staff, and it was off-putting. The bartenders seemed to be a little bit more on edge and less fun when the owner was around. Overall, I would go back to this place. It wasn't outstanding and the girls weren't total babes, but it was about what you'd expect for a small town Iowa club and had a better-than-average atmosphere overall. If you keep expectations in check you will have a good time.

The Ridgewood Lounge II has not been reviewed in five years, so I went to check it out or see if it was even still open. I arrived on a Saturday night around 19:00. The club is not easy to spot in the dark. It is situated a ways back from the highway and not illuminated at night. The only way I knew it was an open establishment was the lone neon Budweiser sign glowing in the distance. The parking lot is gravel. Once inside, there were just a couple locals and the bartender shooting pool. I learned that the dancers do not start until 21:00. I decided to shoot pool, play music on the jukebox, and drink for the two hours until the adult entertainment started. Sincweisers were $3 and served in cans. The locals seemed to prefer Busch and Busch Light. The Ridgewood Lounge is like an old roadhouse. There is a wood-burning stove to the left as you enter. A kitchen is in the corner with the bar to its right as you walk in. There are five pool tables in the front area that takes up about 75% of the inside. The strip club is in the back 25% of the building. The back area has a stage about a foot off of the ground with a pole in the middle. It is surrounded by a tip rail and chairs. There are two lap dance booths with benches in the corner of the strip club area of the room. Each booth has a curtain that closes across the opening. There are no cameras. The ATM charges a $3.25 fee. There were four ladies working on a Saturday night. The first was a short and fat with blonde hair. Either she was white with a very dark tan or Dominican. She was late 40’s or 50 I would guess. I would her a 1 at best on a 10 point scale. The next dancer was a 30-something blonde named Lexi. She was wrecked from multiple kids (baby belly, saggy tits) and was not HWP. She was about a 2 on a 10 point scale. There were also two African-American dancers from Chicago who came to town to work for the weekend. I’d grade the better looking one a 5, and the uglier of the duo a 3. There was also a brunette working that I did not see on stage. She was late twenties and a 5. It looked like mileage was good at the stage. A dollar on the tip rail would get a dancer to come down into your lap and grind you. Private dances were $20 for topless and $30 for nude, but it seemed you could easily negotiate a better price. The five entertainer line-up was not appealing to my tastes, so I did not sample any private dances. The Ridgewood Lounge is more of a bar than a strip club. It seemed 80% of the people in there on a Saturday night had no interest in the dancers. They were there for the billiards and cheap beer. While virtually all of the clientele were locals who know each other, they were welcoming to outsiders. I liked the Ridgewood Lounge II as a dive bar, but thought it was not worth a subsequent visit as a strip club due to a lack of attractive dancers.

The dancers all are friendly, once they get to know you or feel comfortable with you. It took a little while for a dancer to approach me and talk to me, but once I got a dance from one the others soon followed and started to approach me. This seems like a place that all of the patrons are regulars of some sorts. I'm sure there are exceptions, but I have a feeling it is fairly rare. With that being said I didn't feel uncomfortable or out of place while in the club. The overall club feels more like a small town bar. Pool tables and the bar took up about two-thirds of the club, with the stage, tables, and private booths filling the rest. The place looks clean enough, but it does have some wear and tear built up from the years. The prices seem to be reasonable. I can't give many specifics about the prices of alcohol, but a beer was $3. For a buck or two at the stage you get a pretty good dance. The dancer will climb into your lap and grind away for 30 seconds up to almost an entire song. The private area is comprised of 2 booths with curtains. When the curtains are pulled it creates a good deal of privacy. The booths are not what I would call well lit, but there is enough light to ensure you see everything you want. I found that all the dancers offered 2 different options for private dances, $20 for topless and $40 for full nude, with some negotiation available, like 3 full nude dances for $100. There is a good deal of touching allowed and it seemed each dancer set her own limits. One dancer had a great number of piercings with a good deal of them coming in the triangle region. She gave me a good long look and told me to count them and not to be afraid to use me hands and fingers to ensure I could see and count them all. She even had me tug on them to show they were real and didn't hurt her. Of the 5 dancers I sampled 3 of them encouraged me to suck on their nipples with the other 2 rubbing them over my mouth. The dancers were also not afraid to grab, pull, or squeeze me through my pants. Overall I would recommend giving this small club just outside of a small town a visit. The only thing it's going to cost you to walk in, look around, and see if any of the ladies interest you is a little time and gas.

I have lived in the area for my entire life, and this is the only adult entertainment that is available down here without a 30+ min drive. It has always been hit or miss. The quality of the girls fluctuates with every visit. Sometimes they are very hot and sometimes not so much. But with lack of supply comes more demand so the place is always busy. You can usually get your dollar to go as far as you want, it just depends on how far you want it to go. It's a good atmosphere but that may be due to the fact that we have nothing else to go for.

Ridgeway Inn II I gave the local Fort Madison club a good rating my last visit. My second visit was on a Thursday. Not much in the atmosphere has changed. Still your smaller town local club with a Cheers feel. Very friendly and good bar staff. Lights outside on the sign still do not illuminate at night so pay attention you don't pass it on the right side of Avenue O if you come south on 61. Prices for a beer is extremely good. The only down side for the evening was I had started with thirty singles. Tipped every dancer and two sat down to speak to me, however not one of the dancers asked if I wanted a private dance, then at twelve fourth five they stopped dancing though the bar did not close till two and there was still five customers in the bar. Most of the dancers are talented and pleasant to view. I still think if you are in the area it is a quality place to stop and visit. Tell them I sent you. The Road Warrior Michael

Not a terrible club, not a particularly good one either. Sort of one of the small town stripclubs that are common throughout the midwest. Very low amount of dancers, but most of them were decent-to-good looking. Place is really more of a bar for locals to go and enjoy, and as such misses the up-beat strip club scene. No VIP room, but a private dance room area that you cannot see into or out of, but can be heard from if too loud. Dancers are nice and not pushy. Definitely a place to try and see and judge for your own opinion.

I've been here multiple times. dancers are very friendly. its mostly a pool hall with the added perk if beautiful women. stage lap dance well worth a dollar and private dance even better. kind of a dive building but very friendly staff. One dancer i recomend is Tabby. she is pierced in an area that makes it look like a zipper. decent size stage but needs taller ceiling around pole. dancers limited to pole tricks due to this. some girls give optional nude private dance...just depends on girl but it costs more. overall...a very friendly, non-pushy, fun place to go

A place Norm would feel comfortable in.  Nestled off highway two just out of Fort Madison is a small gentlemen's club which has a good ol boys feeling to it.  No upscale glitz and glamour, no horde of burley  bouncers, but not needed, and no cover.  Just a come as you are friendly local feel.  Drinks are more than reasonable, beers and shots.  The talent, attractive, affable and dressed normally.  The star?, the bartender.  No nonsense and fast, who doubles as the Id checker   Selection is what you would expect for a local club, but live with it, who cares.  Have a draw in a manson  jar.  Where else out of Kentucky or West Virginia can you get that?   The stage, more than enough.  With a come off the stage topless grind for cat row.   Could use half the lights on stag fixed and outfits which accent the black lighst.   The dancers set the rules for the privates.  I partook in two, one average and one outstanding, with prices that are reasonable.  No DJ, and the music is little outdated, but it is a good ol boy club. The Ridgewood II is pleasurable enough it almost makes your friendly road warrior want to pull up stakes and move to Fort Madison.  If you been reading for the past six months this is high praise from this bloke.  So if you are dense this establishment is definitely a stop when your in the area.

This place is in the middle of nowhere, and absolutely worth your time to get there if you are a smart practitioner of being well treated by dancers in their private booths. The women are tired of the regulars and enjoy attention of a man who is well traveled. Owner is a cool dude who has seen it all and been in the business for 40+ years. Make a new friend and your night will be even better. I was here for three consecutive nights -- staying at a motel nearby (hint). Most of the dancers have a story to tell. Invest in some quality time listening and you will probably find an opportunity to be rewarded. Also, a nice place to bring the wife or GF. Most of these dancers swing both ways.
