Ciros was becoming my happy hour bar. I found that the clients are a little less "rowdy" at that time. You can usually get a good grind lapper, drinks are pretty reasonable.

The basic lay out of this club is a large bar... in one corner of the room there is an elevated stage area but I don't think they use it.
