Ciro's is basically a bikini bar with lap dances. Low cover, and you can get dances for a couple of bucks. Obviously, the more you tip, the friendlier they are, but the bouncer is just across the open room, so you're not going to get anything close to what you might get in a private dance at another place. Tip the girls well and they'll grind their ass against you, rub up against you, and probably even give you a little peek, but that seems to be about it. I've been there a few times and have rarely seen the same girls more than once or twice, so there's probably a high turnover rate. Girls range from "no thanks" to "damn, why is she working *here*?", but it's a crapshoot. If you're looking for a little rise for a few bucks, or a warmup for a night of stripclub hopping, this is the place for you.
