Would shorts be an issue? Do they try to keep it classy or is like the VIP where anything goes?

Any ideas on recent experiences from fellow mongers. Is it better to go during afternoons or evenings. Better girls LD mileage etc ? What are the differences. Any inputs will be much appreciated
