I remember they used to take credit cards but theres a substantial fee or mandatory tip.

Some dancers accept payment apps. I strongly recommend doing nothing that leaves a paper trail, including CC’s and payment apps.
Using a credit card in a strip club is risky on multiple levels. Definitely not recommended.
