Concerned PH regular

PH is a very unique place. I am talking primarily about dayshift because night shift is almost like a totally different club. The day girls have been there forever. Good because your favorite rarely leaves. If you like a mixture of USA, Brazil, Euro and Asian, they have it. Girls are older. This is good because they are more experienced. The carry their age well, for the most part. As an older guy, girls in their 40s are still younger than me so no a deal breaker they are not in their 20s. The older ones, in their 50s and even 60s, are in way better shape than most of their peers. Dances are done in private rooms. They are small, but private. Cameras are not an issue. Dances are 4 solid minutes. Never an issue about dance counts. You can do dances standing or sitting.
Most girls give high mileage dances for the cost of the dance. Although many clubs offer more, its usually much more in the price of the room, and the tip. So here is my concern. Day girls are getting closer to retirement, without them being replaced by newer talent of similar quality. In the past few years, we have lost Ruby Erica Talita Thais Leah Rosa Sabrina Alexandra Isabella Zia Samantha Nya Savannah Angel and more that I can't remember at the moment. Taylor only works some Saturdays. Rayne only works nibbles. Dayshif currently is Cayanne Kierra Bia Tatiana Lucy Jennifer Jenny Andrea Milla Bella Devon Jillian Nadia Riley Kimberly Mercedes Amy Sasha Lena Anna and Alexa come and go. Cayanne Milla Lucy Andrea Amy are up there in age and have to be getting close to retirement. Devon s a smart business woman. Invests her money smartly, and probably has 5 yrs left. Bella is in school. Where are the new girls? Where will they come from? The Brazilian pipeline that made this place what it has been has dried up. Management needs to replenish the roster, to install new blood to the current lineup, but also to solidify the future. Many guys say the current lineup is stale. I still always find at least 1 girl worth dancing with when I visit. The bar is usually not crowded during the day. Dance rooms still stay busy. A girl once told me it doesn't matter if the bar is busy, just the back rooms. The club, otoh, make their money off of cover and dances. A new partner joined the ownership. That could have been a good thing, getting fresh ideas to light a fire in the place. Instead, he tried to kill the place, discouraging girls from providing dances that keep this place alive. 2 of his top girls, Devon and Tatiana, threatened to leave. Luckily he backed off, but other than a vape vending machine, there is nothing new.
