A couple of my favs had poles like that set up in their (rented) places. They're held in place like a tension curtain rod. I was always surprised they didn't end up ripping a chunk of drywall out of the ceiling. Maybe the chick in the video was worried about that too, so she went light on the tension against the ceiling.
