Forbes should be more skeptical of what sex workers claim they make.

I don’t get the appeal. I can have smart, intellectual conversations with attractive women for free. If I’m paying an escort by the hour, I’m not wasting time with stimulating conversation.

@ikb I assume you, like me, don't have money to burn. But Silicon Valley is a hot spot for people who do, and who also have egos big enough to bend space-time. If you have a huge ego, you probably love the idea of having sex with yourself, but without it being gay. So an escort who can role play you is your dream girl.

Isn't Forbes essentially a licensed-out name with no real reporters working directly for them anymore?

Yeah Forbes is gossip-oriented "journalism", focusing on gossip about the wealthy.

Was gonna complain but saw the part where they said escorts were making 3000/hr. It's somewhat evil I'm not going to lie since it's luring women in when at max its 1000/hr (not including fly ins).

I''d consider $200 a night to be on the high end for a hotel. But there are hotels that charge over $1,000. So I think it's believable that some escorts can make $3,000+/hr. Through some combo of being low volume, unique, in a high-cost location, and having good marketing.

They can. But those are serious simps that pay that

The customers of these escorts consider us simps, because we worry about a $2,000 difference in fee. Most people fixated on wealth don't become wealthy. But most people who become wealthy are fixated on wealth. They don't feel successful, unless they feel everything in their lives is something that non-wealthy people can't have. Trump to some degree is an exception, that's part of his appeal. He drinks Diet Coke, eats McDonald's, likes UFC.
