A federal lawsuit filed May 15, 2026 names Millennium Cabaret in Bedford, New Hampshire as the defendant in a case involving 12 professional models — including Carmen Electra — whose photos were allegedly used without permission to advertise the club on social media. The case, filed in U.S. District Court in New Hampshire, accuses East Coast Restaurant & Nightclubs, LLC of misappropriating images, altering them, and publishing them to make it appear the models worked at or endorsed the club. That club is so shady. Michael Rose owned it as the Gold Club, had maybe 2 others one in SC? ran into federal problems I believe, his wife became owner. Change to Millennium. Now I think I see another Rose in court docs. Fun Face, my first bachelor party I booked was in that building. Before it was mark's showplace. It's huge so many rooms.
Amazing that they could be that stupid. I think any club that uses the picture of any girl that doesn't work there should be prosecuted.

I believe this is Carmen Electra's annual pension drive. Find a low-level strip club (Club Alex's in a previous time frame) that used her likeness for their club promotion from her prime (20 something years ago) and file the same prospecting lawsuit. annually (like clockwork). Use the money to play bingo once a week near the same rock that she climbed beyond a long time ago. She can't pay attention long enough to call bingo on time for the win of the week, but she obviously got bingo on the wash, rinse, and repeat lawsuit.
Funny you don't see celebrites suing hair salons for using their pictures, lol.
Carmen is past her prime now but I remember back in the 90's this sex scene where she poured milk all over her body used to get me going
