My east coast knowledge is admittedly very dim, but from what I’ve read New Hampshire in general and Manchester in particular seems like a really underrated area to live. And the cost of living is lower than Denver and is a smidge above Austin. And it seems like from general tuscl reviews it’s not a bad club.

If only that area wasn’t so isolated from a major airport with direct flight options back home :/ It would be nice to make a visit tho one day just to be a tourist. I get the impression you are affiliated with there, do you know how that club feels about travel dancers? And if they do scheduling, how strict are they with that?

Southern NH is about an hour away from Logan Airport in Boston.

Both NH and VT are gorgeous.

^Not that anyone would want to be there in the wintertime, there are some places that are so remote the roads are closed and the only acces is a snowmobile

Huh, looks like end of October this year JetBlue will actually have a route from Logan airport to San Antonio’s (tiny) airport. Cool.

Yeah, I’m already a sissy enough with Denver winter, and I already am planning on heading south during that time. Up there Im sure is way brutal 😅

I would. I love winter and autumn. Honestly, winters in even northern Vermont and New Hampshire have been pretty mild as compared to 10 or so years ago.

I was looking at rural properties up there a couple of years ago. The real estate agent noted that the biggest complaint for homeowners in that region used to be snowmobile noise. But the winter snow accumulation over the past 5 years or so had been so low that there was maybe a total of 2 to 3 weeks of snowmobile weather in an entire winter. When I checked the historical weather data, it appeared that she wasn't spinning a yarn to make the sale.

I like it warm, just wait till you get a bit older, if you’re my age and have a history of the type of work i have, you’ll appreciate the warm weather, I doubt it’s just me.
