The more interesting question is why?? The only state with a smaller populations is Wyoming. That could be one factor. I might also suggest that strippers don't look all that sexy in flannel, the official Vermont clothing choice. Other ideas?

Yeah it's the only one. Population 644k. I think North Dakota has only one strip club.

It would be hard to open a strip club good enough in the US, where PLs would not rather drive a few hours to the Montreal clubs.

But they should put one in Brattleboro but the latinas in Springfield have no reason to go there

Vermont is very old and very small and very white. Maine at least is large distance wise
