LDK or Extra? Please opine or vote.

I apologize for initially posting this in "Front Room". Not too long ago I was at PHX HiLiter in their VIP, which, if you've been there, you know gets you "elevated" LDs, but with the right girl, a good bit more. This is not the "timed VIP", which is pricier and typically where more of the extras happen and are expected. So, after some stickshifting OTP, followed by more with DO, This young lass, known for her perfect ass, turned to face away and started grinding on me, as one would in a LD scenario. The difference here is that it was still DO on her guitar string thonged ass. If we were driving in a car, we would have been a speed bump away from doing it doggy.

I'm thinking "this is new and nice, but nothin's gonna happen." Well, she didn't stop and after a few minutes, I had a sudden change of opinion. She turned to me and said, "Wow, looks like you owe me a tip!" On to my question. I've always understood a LDK to be when the gentleman creams during the course of ordinary LDs. I've also understood extras to be anything ending with -job, and FS. This was neither. So how would you categorize it?
