^What Nelly said. The best talent leaves early and arrives late. 6:45 - 7:45 is my time to avoid.
Strictly speaking, shift change is at 8:00.
However, it starts with a few girls (maybe 10%) leaving at 6, then maybe 50% leaving at 6:30, 30% leaving at 7, and the rest leaving by 8.
About 10-20% of the night shift will come in before 8, and I think 100% of them have to be on the floor by 8:30.
7:00-8:15 is the real lull you're talking about.
If you see a girl that you like between 6:30 and 7, grab her quick.
