The Rhino in City Of Industry before the Covid year was one of the best clubs out there. Probably for the last 2 years or so, this club has nose-dived in my opinion.
I usually go on the weekends during the night and sometimes, it's a ghost town with a low quality and quantity of dancers. On their website, they have an abundance of dancers listed but they rarely even work there! The day time seems to have all the new girls working and it's here and there when they show up to work. Night time has the same old tired dancers and rarely do they have new girls working the night shift ( it's no wonder it's a ghost town at night now ) Their single dance nude songs which are $40 a song is a complete RIP OFF! Once the DJ sees you going to the single nude dances area, he plays a song for about 40 seconds and it's over, they advertise 4 dances for the price of 2 specials throughout the night ( Nude or Topless ) and the DJ calls it maybe once every 2 and sometimes 3 hours, one time, I arrived at 8pm and the DJ didn't call a dance special until 11:30pm.. As I write this review, it's Saturday 9:50pm and they only have 10 girls working, this is a sad line up for a Saturday night when you see 20+ girls working across the street at Synn and the same amount at Paradise. Never did I imagine Paradise Showgirls would blow the Rhino out of the water when it came to dancer quality.
Rhino management, ESPECIALLY weekend night manager, take notes the way your competition across the street, Synn operates. Every week they have at least 2 new girls in the rotation working nights, they have a VERY customer friendly dance specials with 3 for $40 and they call them every 15min or so. $125 15/min seems better than $140 for 15/min.
In this Industry, you can't operate it like a standard work business meaning, having the same employees working there for many years just because they're "good employees" strip club customers want to see new fresh faces, that's what keeps customers coming back. Not sure if club managers ever read things on here because I hope they do but this club at night needs a revamp with new dancers because these 10 dancers on the weekends and the same ones from 2 years ago isn't cutting it anymore...
