What would we come up with? I need to y'all to vote on this and so we could come up with something once everyone is done hooting and hollering.
If I had to break it in three groups. I think I know the top states, not sure the order. I have a huge swath of middle states, again no clue on the order and decent idea of the rough ones bringing up the rear. I have no experience with Alaska or Hawaii I need help with those two.
None of these are ranked just generally grouped into what I think
First group California Texas Florida Michigan New Jersey It's small but maybe Rhode Island you throw on there too. Maybe you put Georgia too, good value on the black clubs.
Second group Arizona Indiana Ohio Pennsylvania Kentucky Maryland Illinois Connecticut Washington Oklahoma New York Nevada Louisiana Kansas South Carolina Missouri New Mexico Nebraska Minnesota Iowa Massachusetts Alabama
Third group Colorado Delaware West Virginia New Hampshire Maine Mississippi Idaho Wyoming Montana Oregon North Carolina Arkansas Tennessee Utah Wisconsin North Dakota South Dakota Virginia Vermont(No strip clubs)
No idea: Alaska Hawaii

I think for the very top states while I prefer strip clubbing in Texas and California to Florida this is not my list this is the community list and I think hands down Florida is the most popular state on this website.

This strip club world is not that competitive. Only so many good clubs.
I'd move Oregon up to the second group.
You could also consider a fourth group for states where one or more of the following might be true:
Dallas, Texas
Florida, Texas, and Michigan opening in the same bracket? Give me a break.
Depends on personal preferences. Value, mileage, hotness,etc. Your first group is pretty reasonable overall. I’d put Arizona and Nevada at the top of group 2 for different reasons.
Ten years ago, Arizona would have been solidly in the first group. I’m glad I experienced the golden age.
Nevada is what it is. Not everyone’s cup of tea but, for volume, hotness, and reputation, it’s in the mix.
Ohio is the only state where I've seen barside blowies. Once I saw 3 different guys getting their dicks sucked at the same time. That particular bar is closed now.
Based on my experience, lowest category is right for Idaho, North Carolina, Tennessee, Utah. Oregon definitely in middle category: Not reliable, but full service, bj happens occasionally, LDK available.
