Fox News will soon be publishing an article about the most popular female porn stars, based on the statements of gay men.

New tax revenue stream? They were the first to legalize cannabis right?

If this passes can I book a session with Boebert?

Nice. So many brothels are mostly Latinas or Asians. Would be nice to fire up a joint and have my choice of several all American white women.

(I know Nevada exists but in my experience Colorado girls tend to be more hot and outdoorsy than those desert rats...)

The proposed law doesn't legalize pimping. A brothel owner in NV might be considered a pimp in CO.

"Legalizing" prostitution won't change much. Part of the reason that traffickers get away with it is because women are afraid of cops arresting them, or blackmailing them, or being totally useless. Legalization, with it's licensing requirements, won't change any of that, because most of them won't bother.

Decriminalizing it is the best way to solve that. I won't stop the fucking asshole cops, but at least prosecutors will be more likely to leave them alone.

@georgmicrodong it needs to be legalized with no restrictions or regulations whatsoever. To the point where, if a prostitute robs or attacks you or vice versa, you can call the cops and tell them the full truth of everything you were doing without fear of prostitution related charges.

Also if you can fuck someone for free, give someone money for any reason, then its ridiculous you cant fuck someone for money.

Finally one thing many ignore is the huge proportion of so called relationships which are actually just a form of prostitution.

@georgmicrodong a lot of these latin and asian sex workers arent even here legally or are here on tourist visa or au pair visa, none of which allow working a job.

@rickthehick: "it needs to be legalized with no restrictions or regulations whatsoever."

That's what "decriminalization" means.

@georgmicrodong “trafficking” charges are applied to anybody who profiteers off sex workers even if everything is done voluntarily. Any pimp or even quasi pimp such as a brothel owner or spa owner, escort agency owner etc is hit with trafficking charges when they get caught

No Decriminilization is illegal but not enforced like jaywalking or hetero consensual anal (in some states)
