Aka, she speaks enough english to hustle dances but that's about it. Not completely incapable of speaking english, but definitely not fluent.

ESL has been an acronym in common usage since I was in high school, posted on several sign and classroom labels. Not necessary to add to glossary.
"Wannadanz?" would be more appropriate.

Hola Papi, chu wannadnz, to use the full phrase
ESL also works as Español as a second language in my case.
