Massage place next to Tropical

Anyone have any experience with the massage parlor next to Tropical?
I’ve always declined them as walking by. This evening a gorgeous girl inside caught my eye, the guy outside picked up on it and almost had me convinced. Had I seen her an hour sooner I probably would have tried the place, haha. Anyone have any experience with it?
