Looking at going as close to noon as is possible for the best mileage. Hotter chick honestly preferable over mileage though. I get that I can spread outward a bit but my plan keeps me stuck to the block or PH if it is open again.

Early afternoon + white+ hot + extras is asking for a lot on the Block. I experienced FS with a scrawny white chick at Indulge a while back. Even though they open st noon, she was first to show up around 1 pm.

These days, you won't find much of anything early afternoon. When it was open, you could sometimes find action at Penthouse at 1pm, but even that was sporadic.
