Bare Elagance in Philly -Still open?

Looking for intel on Bare Elegance on Richmond Ave in Philly..
TUSL and linked website says closed, with the only reviews from many years ago... but I walked by during the day a few months ago (ate at the breakfast place next door) and the BE sign is still up, and doesn't look completely abandoned. Seemed like it might still be open with life inside if I came back at the right hour...
