Most Sinful Cities in America (2025)

lol It’s true about philly
Definitely not MAGA republican states .
^ You have to bring politics in to it? This is just another flawed opinion piece based on whatever stats the writer wants to pull out of a hat. Anyway going by my personal experiences, no way is Akron 56 when Cleveland is 14. And no should Columbus at 54 be rated higher than Akron. And Cleveland rated 9 spots higher than Detroit, I seriously doubt it. Going by those ratings I'd guess that there are many more subjective mistakes covering other cities.
But then again... YMMV
Yeah, I looked at their list and couldn't see any real logic in it. Sure, they had Vegas at the top but the rest is just gobbledigook.
@viking, are you sure he pulled those stats out of his hat?
Interesting. They used quantifiable data. Most of the criteria for “Sinfulness” are things I want to avoid at all costs and are measures of failure e.g. crime, teen pregnancy, obesity, laziness/underemployment. Take it from someone who knows - Philly is a shit hole.

Positive! I messaged him and he sent me a pic of his hat. 😀
“Sin” as quantified in this survey, does not equate with fun. Basically the opposite. Phila apparently earned its high ranking by being #2 overall in “anger and hatefulness””. That. In turn, is likely due to the stereotype over sports fans, which isn’t unearned
Ah -- the always-fashionable ass hat. Now I understand.
Crime statistics are non-sense. When I lived in Boise Idaho my bike was stolen. I called the cops and filed a report. When I lived in Chicago another bike was stolen. I didn't bother calling the cops, what would be the point.
Instead of depressing shit like drunk driving fatalities, gambling addiction, and suicides they should've made a Most Sinful Cities in America that just measured amount of breastaurants, bikini baristas, strip clubs, lingerie modeling studios, massage parlors, and brothels 😂
I got a kick out of this where some states are on the list. I know one, people complain about their SC all the time (and AMPs) in relation to other states
