Hi - I think I saw on another board where the building was recently up for sale. Any NW PA/OH mongers know what's up?
The owner wants to move to Florida. He wants to sell all the property, including the bait shop, strip club, auto shop, car wash, and another building across the street. I think someone will buy it and tear it all down.
