Rape is physically forcing someone to have sex with them. Having consensual sex with a drunk woman, or a minor, might be bad or evil, but if it's consensual it isn't rape.

@pussylicker2 a drunk woman depends how drunk she is. The logic behind calling those things rape is that a drunk/impaired person, a minor, and a disabled person arent mentally sound enough to properly consent.
I believe some states do have the age of consent as low as 16 though?

The girls is lookin' older at such young ages as well, sometimes you might literally need to ask for her I.D. Make sure you know the legal sex age for your state. Some girls play it dumb of wanting sex but they really want a baby, then your stuck with the bill. 🔺 Rape is forcing her sex against will, but just having sex under fluctuating situations like being drunk, her being young or saying she was talked into it, their was an attempted offer & she was naive, somewhat pushed or scared doesn't constitute rape.
