VIP Prices at Titillations and Taboo in NJ

I'm looking at the following options in Upper NJ: Titillations, Taboo, Clancy's, Silk, Roxxies, etc.

I know that the cheap $20 dances are clothed, I'm not interested in them.

I'm looking for a topless+touching dance in the $100-200 range. Is that available? For example, in South Jersey at Cheerleaders NJ you can get a 15-min $130 dance which is topless+touching.

Topless happens at Clancy’s, though not automatic. There’s always talk about a VIP option at Clancy’s that is apparently by invitation only. I have never been favored with an invitation

Thanks. I'm getting the sense that something's funky with the VIPs in these Upper-NJ clubs. Maybe some local restrictions? Not a single Titillations review mentioned anything beyond the $20, and not a single Clancy's one either, until you mentioned it's something not freely available.
