So what is the 'limo'?
My experience in Tijuana has been what is now referred to the Zona Shuttle limo started out with just one black Lincoln stretch limo and a silver Honda mini van at least 11 years ago. Now that's morphed into like three or four long Escalade stretches, and a RAM pickup stretch, a couple of Toyota window vans and maybe a half a dozen lincoln town cars and sedan Devilles. But it's extremely rare to get a bar girl into one of the Zona shuttle vehicles. They're usually used just for transportation between Hong Kong/tropical bar and the border crossing at San Ysidro / Chaparral.
Is it actual limousine or a converted van or what?

Actual limo. They have two they rotate so always available.
