I've had a club fuck up a coat check. So hell no to a gun check.

No, I never hand my gun to anyone but a trusted friend, a gunsmith or if required by a leo. I'm not about to give my gun to a club employee just for some drunken customer to end up hopping the counter and using it for a 2AMer while I'm getting some dances.

I'll abide by club rules and not bring my ccw if they don't allow them, but I'll skip a club that wants me to check my gun at a counter.

In Florida you cannot bring a weapon inside an establishment that primarily serves liquor, and be served at a counter, which basically rules out any establishment that is primarily a bar, not a restaurant, and as whodey just commented I'd never give my gun to anyone working in a strip club. I keep it in a lockbox that is bolted in my car, that can only be opened with either a pin, or a fingerprint scan.

If there's a two-amer while you're in the parking lot, which will you regret leaving in your car more, your gun or your coat?

^ I'm a late afternoon , early evening visitor, I haven't been in a strip club past 9 PM in years. I usually leave after 6 PM

Clearly Trump doesn't read our discussions, otherwise strip club parking lots would be the first place the National Guard gets deployed.

I am 100% pro-second amendment and 100% against me owning a gun. I don't own one for my own protection.
