City of Detroit clubs are worthless nowadays

LOL, last review 12 years ago. Boarded up for quite a while. I guess those "recent" renovations are really 10-12 years ago.

I was just going to say, that club has been closed for years.

One of the most popular was All Stars off 8 mile. And nobody has yet to purchase that building, which is a far better location than Gold Diggers/Brass Key.

Wouldn’t even pay 10k for those buildings, let alone a million.
