I know your question pertains to strip clubs. However, the first thing I thought of is the only (as far as I know) Twin Peaks with a separate and dedicated Cigar Lounge. Twin Peaks Addison, TX. I was surprised when I saw it and thought that is fantastic for those who partake cigars.

If you mean you want to see strippers puffing on cigars with their vages, I think that's only in TJ or Thailand.

Bucks Wild/Cabaret has pool tables as well. Check it out first.
It's becoming harder for finding pool tables in Sc's.
I have heard stories about' strippers playing pool with clients @ Sc's.
