He probably should have been involuntarily committed to a mental hospital after he finished his prison sentence. Hopefully, if he didn't steal the gun he had, whoever he got it from will do a long stretch in prison.

I actually admire the consistency of someone who believes cops should be allowed to be judge, jury and executioner as long as the person being shot is poor. There's a certain post racial beauty to that kind of thinking.
