Tipping

Since the prices are set at this club and a large portion of the prices go to the house, most every girl asks for a tip.

How much do you normally tip? Percentage amount based on cost or a general number? I’ve been a pretty big tipper I assume which is fine but trying to gauge what is appropriate.
