There is no such thing as hate speech. For false and damaging claims you can pursue defamation damages, which are civil charges not criminal. But im not sure you could really do anything about general statements made about an entire race or religion. You have the right to have hateful beliefs and views.

Good for them. I hope Trump and Vance are held accountable for their damaging lies.
