Cruisin along in my vehicle and Motley Crue’s iconic “Girls Girls Girls” starts to blast from the speakers. It brought back great memories of the 9pm stage lineup at BSC pre-COVID. You could usually count on hearing the motorcycle revving at the beginning of the song, and then all three stages would fill up with a cavalcade of stunning beauties coming out of the DR, waiting to be called down one by one by the DJ. I really miss that, and wish they would bring it back!

Bourbon street has the perfect mix of shitty club (facilities) with what was usually the best line up in the USA. Back in the day you’d have a hard time finding a girl that was not attractive, and average girl working here would be the hottest stripper at most other clubs around the country.

That roll call was the best. Just an insane amount of beauty on the stages all at once.
They used to do a two o clock roll call also (just using the main stage from what I remember). I only saw the day shift roll call once.

With all the nights I've spent in strip clubs over the last 20 years, I've heard that song easily 1,000 times. So many clubs use that song for cattle calls, including some that do them hourly. Ugh.
The dancers got a break on their house fee if they made that 9pm stage. Some would come rushing out of the dressing room with half their makeup on, outfits half buttoned, and then disappear back into the DR until they were ready for prime time!

I was discussing the popcorn issue with a Bourbon Street dancer and she said the dancers don’t miss it at all. She says it was very gross to be touched by guys with popcorn greasy fingers. Makes sense, hadn’t thought of that!
Years and years ago, my buddy was getting some dances in the back. They played "Girls Girls Girls" and when his dancer was going to the stage with the others, he tried a dine and dash... Her stripper Spidey sense went off and hollered at him from the stage as he got to the bathroom area. Fun times when you're young.
