Crazy Horser Too and Other Las Vegas Clubs

Heading back to Las Vegas in a couple of weeks and I have a few questions:

1) Has the Crazy Horse Too reopened? If it has, has anybody been there?

2) Any recommendations on good clubs at night? I typically hot OG or CH2 (when it was around). The big "mega" clubs just don't do it for me.
