Better off buying a shack somewhere, than paying so much for a much larger building than is needed for a club. But, I suppose you're paying for the right to house a strip club, which wouldn't be quite so easy in most other places.

When I was younger I dreamed of owning a stripclub, mainly for all the pussy. I was an assistant manager at a TGI Fridays in its heyday and had casual sex with so many waitresses I was sorry to leave when I got a better job.
Yet today, you would me MeToo'd / accused of SA (too many people are apparently triggered by the words "sexual assault", so now we need to use abbreviations). Those were the good 'ole days.
Drove by that place yesterday evening on my way to Best Buy. The building is huge. I’m guessing the $3.5M asking is just for the building, sans the liquor license or the club business
