They are closed again

What is wrong with this club. They seem have an on again - off again history. Is that particular area of Reno too competitive?

When Hilton got out of the casino business the Flamingo in Reno was sold to become condos during the Real Estate boom. The subsequent crash bankrupted the project and left a giant vacant spot in the center of the casino district. Haven't been back since before the pandemic, but last time i was there it was so sketchy I chose the hotel based on being connected to 2 others without having to go outside because I didn't want my wife out there .
