DEI is marketing, of the "look how enlightened we are" variety, mostly to appease militant progressives who felt their oats and got aggressive after the BLM riots. Now that they're getting treated as the whiny grifters that they really are, DEI budgets are in retreat across the nation.

Hopefully, President Trump sets the federal DEI budget to zero on his first day!
