I've been here once and from what I remember this is where lap dances can happen:
1) Main floor in the back (below balcony VIP). It's a big area with booths all around and maybe in the middle? The cost is just dance which I believe is 20/song. Is their an area in this section that has the "best" Privacy
2) Balcony, day vip is 86? Does this include a bottle? Dance cost whatever is negotiated? If you get this, do you get it all day?
3) past the balcony, not sure what the cost is, but it's too much

2 floor depends on the rooms. I know there is about 4 rooms upstairs. Under the stars, the tunnel (the most private and dark vip area...aka anything goes) and another room. I believe you have to buy a bottle and the price goes up each room. First room it's 95 or 195? I know the tunnel is 500 and the other room about 300? I do know if you purchased a bottle for 95 lets say and you want to go to the tunnel you have to buy another bottle but the 95 you paid gets credited toward the 500. The dances are what the girl negotiated with you.
