I think they are tougher on this because of drugs and guns. Private Party, well you have to have your paper work in order. There is a recipe for this.

These parties are usually run by blood and norteno gangs and human trafficking is often a factor. You see the same thing in la and vegas. Most of the violence is due to competition between drug dealers or opps showing up to crash the party

Lots of very nice people run Swingers Clubs, and this is now expanding into these parties that are like strip clubs.
