Slightly off-topic: Not my field but seems to me genes from the father and mother play a role in breast size. So a woman with small breasts could take after her father's side of the family. In which case it could represent "daddy issues."
The realities of genetics are not comforting to a teenage girl who wants from friggin headlights.
