Shooting breaks out after incident at Silver Criket

A 2AMer at the Criket. Wow! It's not known for being a dangerous place.

I was there the next day. Might explain why it was so slow and why i left shortly after getting there.

Seems a lot of the Cricket reviews are of dayshift visits - i.e. sticking to dayshift one can usually avoid the thugs and trouble-makers

I have been there on a few weekend nights and its definitely gotten more "urban" than it used to be a few years ago. Not exactly like Parthenon but trending.

I know the area well but not a local. I always felt once you go south of Flight Club the entire area gets sketchy and always got a weird vibe when in Criket. Always felt more comfortable in nearby Flight Club, Landing Strip and even BTs.

Cricket is a nice little chill club and well run. It also does not have valet which means there is more of an opportunity for loitering pl's in the lot. I wouldn't say its less safe than BT's (which has much more of a party vibe with very loud music). BT's also has mandatory valet.
