OC and Pelosi rank among least effective Democrats in Congress

Why am I not surprised by this? Two of the biggest mouths but thankfully they don't get anything done.
Ocasio-Cortez was ranked No. 230 out of the 240 Democrats who served in the 116th Congress. Pelosi was ranked 237th in the measure.
