This club has reopened and is owned by 3 rappers. Will probably compete with Magic City but they won't get any of my money. Here is a video of the club.

There used to be a club named Masters there. Had a few good times there. Never been to Onyx.
This place is going to piss on all the other make it rain clubs in ATL except for magic city. Rappers bring crowds. It’s a nice vanity business for these dudes.
Looks pretty-nice but also looks more set up like a nightclub/lounge; didn't notice too-much single seating except the few seats at the bar - I assume it'll be a make-it-rain establishment - I never visited the old Onyx b/c of lack-of-mileage thus I don't see myself visiting this one either unless future reviews prove me o/w
