I don't know when the law was changed but seeing the review for Fannies on Sunday got me searching for the regulation. I found it under Fulton County which includes Atlanta. Under business codes Adult Entertainment

Article lll section 18-79 regulations.

(7)Adult entertainment establishments shall be closed between the hours of 2:55 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Sundays and between 4:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on all other days.

This should help things when this COVID-19 is no longer an issue.

When doing Atlanta club reviews for a Sunday take the time to send an "update club details" so that Founder can change the club page.

I wonder if this is a COVID related change to allow the clubs to have another day to generate revenue while they are under reduced capacity rules. If so, maybe the Sunday ban will be back when the COVID emergency is over.

I wonder if there are separate guidelines related to the alcohol licensing laws? That’s what I thought drove the “blue laws”including closing on Sunday? Good to know they are open? makes me wonder what Cheetah is doing for Sunday’s.

Is there a separate city ordinance? Fannies is outside the city limits. I checked about 8 club web sites in the city and none mention they are now open on Sunday.

I think you are correct. I didn't realize that Fannies was just outside of the Atlanta city limits. Their page got changed because I submitted an update to Founder.
