Miami 2AMer.

This is the most recent review of this club followed by my comment:

I was in town for a buddy's bachloer party and this was on our list of places to check out. We got there around 10pm on a Friday night and the parking lot was packed. It's a smaller place, but out of all the places we went in Miami it had the best security. You got patted down twice and wanded, so security was a priority to them. Which I'm not going to lie was nice as it's a black club, and I was the only white person in there and I was dressed as if going golfing, safe to say I was a little out of place.

$30 cover, and once inside it was pretty much standing room only. If you wanted a seat/table you had to buy a bottle, however some of the patrons who did this didn't realize that it didn't buy the table for the night, but rather for only a period of time. When it comes to dances, there really isn't a lap dance area, they pretty much just dance/grind on you where you're standing. And when I mean standing, you're packed in there pretty tight. Dances cost $10. They had roughly 30 girls, which was a lot for a club as small as this one is inside. They were all shapes and sizes, and all black. So as long as black girls are your thing you can find one that falls into the size range you are looking for. Defiantly no extra's unless you can set up take out.

The only things I really didn't like is smoking is allowed, which is something I guess I'm just not used to as in CT and MD there is no smoking in clubs. Also the music was just way too loud, my ears were ringing well into the next day.

$30 to park, bought a beer, spent some on dances/stage and out the door for +/- $100. Overall I wouldn't return myself, but I know my buddies enjoyed the place.

I like hitting black clubs but haven't hit this one in a good while b/c it's typically been more of a party-club vs a place to get good-dances.

In the past cover has usually been $20 at night - one time I paid $25 when I got there around 2am on a weekend night.

Parking can be an issue - the spots all the way in the back in the past were free - I assume the closer to the door one parks the more it is but $30 to park is pretty-much unheard of in SoFlo but not surprised if they do charge that here since in goes in line w/ party-type nightclub-ish type clubs - w/ King of Diamonds now closed perhaps this place is now thee party spot (perhaps they should move into the much-bigger KOD building).

Dances had always been $5 but not surprised if they are now $10 - Foxxy Lady (another small black club) went from $5 to $10 and other $5 black clubs some girls are now asking for $10 - which is still a low-price except song-lengths can often be unpredictable and at-times cut very short to like at 1 to 1.5 minutes.

w.r.t. the heavy security - there have been multiple shootings in the past although I have not heard anything in the recent-past

This has happened multiple times in the past at this club - kinda surprising it hasn't been shut down - I guess a testament at how hands-off Miami is w.r.t. strip clubs
