Foxy Lady has reopened after being temporarily closed. The downstairs VIP area remains closed, however.
The club will serve liquor and women will dance and strip while it fights out a potentially lengthy legal appeal, but because of a state Supreme Court order Thursday, its private VIP rooms downstairs are closed.
