Since my experience in both is limited (only been to Cheerleaders in Philly metro), I'd say lowscale compared to Philly Clubs. By the way you phrased question, I suspect midscale for suburbs. Compared to clubs in MA, it would be midscale. Compared to RI and FL clubs, it would be lowscale. Compared to WV, it would be midscale-upscale.
