Can someone elaborate on their Stars in Bars events? It

Can someone elaborate on their Stars in Bars events? It seems like the entertainer just pours drinks does not dance is there an opportunity for private dances with their Guest Bartender? I have been to clubs that invite feature dancers and the performer gets their usual cut of appearance fee as well as stage tips and private dance percentage along with any sold merchandise. Anyone been this seems so different just curious?
