A suspect being kicked out of a strip club stabbed a security guard and fled the scene, according to the Lauderhill Police Department.
The incident occurred early Saturday at the Vegas Cabaret located at 5428 N. University Dr. when an "unruly" man stabbed a security guard as he was being escorted out and fled the scene, police said.
"Units arrived to find a male bleeding from the stomach area," Lauderhill police said in a statement. "A sequence of events occurred and the suspect was finally captured on a soccer field south of the Broward Mall."
The stabbing victim was listed in good condition.

last commentNot the first time shit has happened at this club - I used to visit this club from time to time but it has gone to shit - ROBs, and thugs (both custies and staff) - I mostly hit small black clubs but I decided a while back to steer clear of this one (in large part bc the dayshift is not very good and I don't like the nightshift vibe in most black clubs)

This club has a real bad reputation, not too long ago, a customer was found dead in a canal behind the shopping center where this place is located, there have been rumors that a few of the bouncers tuned him up, and left him battered in the side parking lot.

My last visit here I had a run-in with a level-10 ROB - a big black bouncer was trying to intimidate me into paying up, seems he and the ROB were working together - I owed her $30 for dances (what we had agreed to) but she wanted $100 - the ROB, me, and the bouncer went back and forth with the bouncer being loud and talking to me in a bad way - dancer wanted the $100 and wouldn't take the $30 which is what I owed her - I put the $30 on the bouncer's podium right outside the dance area and just walked the fuck out never to return till it's a different club.

This club used to be a mixed club - my understanding is that a few years ago they kinda leased the club to some black promoter and with time the club started to become almost all black at night and with time it started to go to shit with ROBs and thugs.

Last place I saw my ATF dance, MANY years ago. Seemed a decent club at the time.

Some friends used to go here a lot maybe 20 years ago...I've been twice, after the changeover. It's probably the last SC I would go to in Broward.
